I sent my inventory directly to this prep center, and everything went exactly as expected. They stored the units I asked them to store and billed me only for the time I needed the storage. The prep turnaround was fast, and I really liked that they kept me updated with photos when my shipment arrived, after inspection, before and after prep, and again once it was packed and dropped off with UPS.
