What is Prepvio?
Prepvio is a marketplace platform connecting sellers with independent 3PL and prep service providers.
Do I need an LLC to become a provider?
No. You may operate as an individual or sole proprietor.
Who provides shipping labels?
Clients provide all shipping labels and tracking numbers.
Is my address publicly visible?
No. Provider addresses are only shared after an order is placed and confirmed.
How do payments work?
Payments are verified and released after service completion.
Does Prepvio insure inventory?
No. Prepvio does not provide insurance coverage.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on provider policies and order agreements.However you can start a case and we will investigate it for you.
How are disputes handled?
Disputes are resolved between clients and providers. Prepvio may assist as a neutral party.
Are providers employees of Prepvio?
No. All providers are independent contractors.
How do I create an account on Prepvio?
Creating an account is simple and free. Click the Sign Up button, choose Client or Prepper account, enter your details, submit the form, and your email will be verified automatically.
What is identity verification and why is it important?
Identity verification is a security process designed to build trust between Clients and Preppers.
For Preppers
Verification may be required before gigs become visible. Upload a government-issued ID. Documents are reviewed by our verification team.
For Clients
Verification is optional but recommended. Verified Clients may receive enhanced trust and priority support.
How do I create my first gig?
Go to your Prepper Dashboard, click Create Gig, select services, set pricing, add your location, upload workspace photos, and submit for review.
Do I need a warehouse to become a Prepper?
No. You may operate from a home space, garage, storage unit, or warehouse.
How do bookings work for Clients?
Browse Preppers by location and services. Choose a gig or send a custom request. Chat and confirm details. Pay securely through the platform. Upload shipment details and supplier tracking. The Prepper confirms receipt and sends proof. Prep work is completed. Inventory is shipped to your chosen courier. Order is completed.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellations depend on the Prepper’s cancellation policy and order status.
Is this a short-term contract, long-term contract, or a one-time agreement?
Prepvio operates on a gig-based model similar to Fiverr. Each booking is treated as a one-time service agreement. There are no long-term commitments unless both parties choose to continue working together.
How do I enter shipment details?
Clients can enter item name, quantity, and upload labels or tracking information dirctly in the order chat.

What payment methods are accepted?
Prepvio accepts Stripe payments including major credit cards and supported US bank transfers.
How are invoices created and paid?
Invoices are generated automatically when an order is placed or a custom request is accepted and are paid through the platform.

When do Preppers receive their money?
Funds are released after the order is completed. Trusted providers may qualify for faster payouts.

Prepvio uses encrypted data storage, secure password protection, and optional two-step login verification.
Who is responsible for shipping labels?
Clients who upload labels are fully responsible for their validity and legality.
What happens if someone uses fake labels?
Any user submitting fake or unauthorized labels will be permanently banned.
Are Preppers employees of Prepvio?
No. Preppers are independent service providers, not employees or agents of Prepvio.
