I used them for both Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep, including bundling and storage. I shipped everything directly to them, told them which units I wanted stored, and they only charged me for the time I actually kept the inventory there. The prep itself was quick, and they sent pictures throughout the process—from receiving and inspection to before/after prep and finally when the boxes were sent out with UPS.Overall, the quality was exactly what I expected and communication was good throughout. It saved me a lot of time compared to searching and contacting random prep centers online, and the pricing was better than some of the quotes I was getting directly. Definitely made the process easier and felt much safer than dealing with unknown prep centers on my own.
